I don't think animals can be psychopaths. Animals don't have self-awareness, so they don't have empathy anyway. It might look like that in certain situations, but I'm pretty sure we are anthropomorphising there. Your point still stands, though! I do agree with the comment about companies. You can have success without being a sociopath, I think, but not in management in a company. Or it is very rare.
